warming up those legs before a heavy leg day! I did:
2min of rope skipping,
20 walking lunges per leg,
20 air squats,
form rolling,
all kinds of (basic) streching,
20reps barbell squats,
20reps barbell deadlifts.
After that I drank half a liter of water and I felt ready to hit my workout!! Actually had one of my best leg workouts in a while, and left the gym smiling like a person who just fell in love.
